HOW TO ORDER

How to order

1.     Select the item and quantity desire by click "Add to cart ".

On the other hand, you may add or reduce the quantity of products by click - , + symbol. It will automatically update the amount at cart view, or remove the item by click on "X" button.

2.     After choosing all items, view the item list by click "shopping cart icon".

3.     After confirm the list of order, click "Choose shipping destination". Shipping charges will be shown based on selected destination.

4.     Make sure the cart detail and amount is correctly displayed, Then choose your payment method

        4.1  For manual banking option, Click on Pay Off line / bank transfer button fill in the billing and shipping detail then click "Send Order". You will receive confirm email from us. Please make payment within 24 hours.

       4.2  For credit card payment and Paypal payment option, click on “pay by card/paypal” button  and you will be taken immediately to PayPal's website to proceed the order process where you can either enter in your existing account information to make an immediate payment or  make instance payment by using your credit card or debit card. All payments in PayPal should be made to:pikaboobabyshop@gmail.com (our PayPal account address). Once we have confirmed your payment from PayPal we will process your order and send out your items as soon as possible.

     

      Noted: Paypal online payment is an internationally accepted and trusted   form of online payment all over the world. Sending payments through PayPal is immediate, easy, secure, and customers can make purchases on the Web with peace of mind. You can pay by credit card, debit card or by using existing Paypal account.

     5. Please notify us after you done your payment with the following detail:

            (a) All Products Code : the products code will show in email at product option for     example “SMG12345”, “DSA12345”, “OBW12345”

            (d) Bank Name: For local bank transfer only (what is the bank that you use to        transfer us the money)

            (e) Date and time :(date of money deposited or online transferred )

            (f) Payment Evidence :(Reference number and scan of physical copy slip)

            (b) Amount :(RM***.**)

            (c) Payment Method: Manual banking / online banking / paypal

6.     After we verify and receive your payment, and we shall start processing your order and deliver within 1- 4 working days for ready stock products and 7-15 days for pre-order /made to order products(exclude weekend and public holidays) We ship our products to Malaysia (Peninsular), Malaysia (East)
